Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of accurate and up‑to‑date job descriptions.
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process using the ATS.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
- Writing job adverts that reflect the role requirements and align with brand guidelines.
- Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Verifying candidates meet local asylum and immigration requirements and maintaining compliant documentation.
- Using recruitment data and insights to optimise processes and recommend improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Experience conducting screening calls and working closely with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and current hiring trends.
- Understanding of employer branding and how to use it to attract candidates.
- Comfortable creating and sharing social media content to promote roles and highlight local activity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and an understanding of relevant employment regulations and job‑board practices.
