• Print physical cards and dispatch them to Workforce Safety customers
• Verify customer documents
• Monitor and maintain consumable levels for card printing
• Stock and organize products in bins and on shelves
• Keep the work area clean and hazard‑free
• Assist with general supply and warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and OHS guidelines
• Maintain accurate stock levels and asset records
• Organise courier shipments across Australia and internationally
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about order status

• Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle day‑to‑day office tasks efficiently
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a focus on accuracy
• Positive, team‑focused attitude and comfortable collaborating with others
• Dependable, responsible, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work onsite from our Rutherford warehouse
