Senior Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary:
The Senior Supply Chain Manager leads site-level supply planning and procurement to ensure reliable customer delivery, optimized inventory, and strong supplier performance. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, quality, engineering, and global procurement to execute enterprise supply chain strategies, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement. The Senior Supply Chain Manager builds and develops a high-performing team while ensuring data integrity, process discipline, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior supply chain leader at the site, partnering with production, quality, customer service, and engineering to deliver site operating objectives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing material planning and procurement organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects aligned with annual operating objectives for the site and global operations.
- Establish and drive improvement in key supply chain KPIs, including material quality, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen supplier performance to create a resilient and reliable supply base.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships; support enterprise-wide supplier selection, consolidation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Assess and mitigate supply chain risks and collaborate with suppliers on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain MRP master data, including approved supplier lists, raw material attributes, and safety stock targets.
- Lead periodic supply planning reviews to balance customer service, cost, and working capital objectives.
- Maintain finished and semi-finished goods inventory targets and supporting MRP parameters.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Proven experience using Oracle Agile PLM or similar.
- Working knowledge of Oracle JDE (JD Edwards) or similar ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerBI.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings and redlines.
- Experience working in or closely with quality assurance environments (i.e. ISO 9001).
Travel:
Approximately 15% depending on business needs.
