Position Summary:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting the culture and community for our India-based team members.This role is responsible for assisting in community building, supporting global diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs, maintaining an engaging employee engagement calendar and leading philanthropic initiatives. This role will report to the Perforce Employee Experience Manager, with a dotted line to the local People & Culture Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote company culture and contribute to providing an exceptional working environment
  • Organize company events including community lunches, wellness events, and summer gathering
  • Responsible for maintaining activity budgets and tracking expenses
  • Support the local “Fun” committee to create a memorable employee experience for team members
  • Support corporate social responsibility initiatives in compliance with local regulations
  • Support the People & Culture team with new hire onboarding, offboarding, and the company gear store
  • Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • 2+ year event planning or human resources experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to execute complex tasks
  • Hospitable with strong people skills
  • Responsible, creative, and adaptable
  • Good time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and the drive to get things done
  • Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands
  • This is a general office position that requires sitting, standing, and regular movement throughout the workday
  • Regular use of a PC and associated keyboarding
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move event supplies
