Position Summary:
The Site Coordinator plays a central role in fostering a connected, welcoming, and vibrant workplace community across our two Israel-based offices. This position supports local culture-building, global belonging initiatives, an engaging internal events calendar, and philanthropic programs. The role reports to the VP, Global Communications & Culture, with a dotted line to the Manager of Employee Experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facility-related operations for the Israel offices, including security coordination, supplier and vendor relationships, and maintenance needs.
- Provide general office administrative support, including employee services, supplies, mail, shipping, and deliveries.
- Serve as a champion of company culture and contribute to a welcoming, energized workplace environment.
- Plan and deliver office events—community lunches, wellness activities, summer gatherings, year-end celebrations, and additional engagement experiences.
- Manage activity budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Act as a proactive thought partner for employee engagement—bringing forward creative ideas, recommending vendors, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Support the People & Culture team with onboarding, offboarding, and management of company gear.
- Complete additional assignments and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, office coordination, human resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage evolving or sensitive situations with calm, sound judgment.
- Warm, hospitable, and caring interpersonal style with the ability to connect well with a variety of working styles.
- Highly organized, creative, and adaptable with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Positive outlook, flexibility, and a strong sense of ownership.
