Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a professional designer to refine and modernize our existing logo while preserving the key elements that make it recognizable.
Our goal is a cleaner, more contemporary logo that feels trustworthy, reliable, elegant, and professional.

What we want
* Keep the core shapes and identity of the current logo
* Simplify and refine the mark for a more modern, balanced look
* Improve spacing, proportions, and line weight
* Maintain strong brand recognition
* Feel premium, stable, and polished

Important
* This is primarily an evolution, not a radical redesign
* However, we are open to stronger creative departures if the concept is truly outstanding and clearly improves the brand

* We are open to subtle improvements in color and typography
* The tagline may change later, so it should remain easy to edit
* Please provide the font used for the tagline/text
* We want original, professional-quality design work only

Color versions required
* Purple
* Blue
* Monochrome
* The monochrome version must work on both light and dark backgrounds

Deliverables
1. Primary logo in AI and PNG. PSD with the editable tagline is also appreciated.
2. Horizontal version
3. Stacked version
4. Editable source files
5. A simple brand guide including:
* clear space guidance
* hex color codes
* typography details (including the font used)
* recommended font pairing

Once a concept is approved, we will need final files suitable for both digital and print use.
Please also share examples of minimalist logo work, especially where you refined an existing mark and used shape/negative space well.
