Logo Design Brief

We are a not for profit organisation that rehabilitates seabirds on the east coast of Tasmania. We have been operating for almost 2 years and need a great logo to set up our social media presence and to use on letterhead, business cards etc. We're open to any suggestions or ideas however a "Little Penguin" must be in the logo. An Australian pelican would be great too. A couple of seagulls flying overhead is probably a stretch and makes it a bit busy but it's one of the options we've looked at.
We want a professional yet approachable feel.
The birds in the logo should be realistic but also appealing to look at.
We think our primary target audience (particularly for fundraising) is probably females.
In terms of colours - blues would be best given the link to the ocean.
Our tag line is: Giving seabirds a second chance"
For designs that have some words bigger than others, we want the words 'Seabird Rehab' to be bigger than "East Coast" - it's important that people recognise what we do first rather than where we are located.
Logo examples uploaded: I have uploaded screenshots of some logos I made (don't laugh!) from parts of online images and logo generators. I really like the idea of a penguin and a pelican - the two can be used next to each other or apart in different versions of the logo.
