SkyCrest Appraisals, LLC is a professional real estate appraisal firm providing reliable, well-supported property valuations for lenders, clients, and property owners. The brand should feel clean, trustworthy, and established—similar to a financial or consulting firm—with a slightly modern and confident edge. The overall look should prioritize professionalism and credibility over trendiness.

The logo should focus on strong, clean typography, with the option of a subtle supporting element such as a mountain peak, crest, or abstract roofline. A mountain (potentially with an eagle) is an idea I like, but this is not required and I am open to creative interpretations that align with a refined, professional identity.

Preferred colors include blue, dark gray, black, and potentially red, white, and blue accents. Please avoid a blue and gold color combination. The logo must work well in black and white, as it will frequently be used in appraisal reports and documents.

The design should be simple and not overly busy. Avoid cartoon-style graphics, generic house icons, or anything that feels overly informal. The company name should appear as “SkyCrest” (capital S and C), and this styling should be incorporated if it fits naturally within the design.
