Logo Design Brief
I’m looking for a unique, premium, and modern logo for Nisun Design & Build. I prefer a wordmark-first approach, possibly with a subtle symbol, but I do not want to restrict creativity. I want designers to feel free to explore original ideas and think outside the box.
I’m trying to avoid the generic contractor look, which often relies on overused elements like houses, roofs, chimneys, hammers, or windows. However, I’m still open to any concept if it feels fresh, refined, architectural, and memorable.
I’m especially drawn to dark + light blue, black, and charcoal tones. The final logo should feel upscale, custom, timeless, warm, and inviting.
I’m an individual contractor focused on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and full home renovations. Some of my biggest strengths are honesty, communication, and a personal client experience. I would love the logo to reflect that feeling — professional and high-end, but also warm, cozy, and approachable.
The logo should also work well across websites, business cards, yard signs, proposals, and apparel.
Please surprise me with originality. I value creative freedom and would rather see bold, thoughtful ideas than safe, generic construction logos.

Nice to have
- Open to subtle symbol or architectural detail if it feels original and refined. Warm, inviting, and slightly upscale feeling. Dark blue, light blue, black, or charcoal tones are welcome.
Should not have
- Avoid generic contractor logos with obvious roofs, houses, hammers, windows, or clip-art style symbols unless done in a truly fresh and clever way. Avoid cartoonish, cheap, busy, or overly literal concepts.
