Logo Design Brief

I have a boutique surgical practice in Pasadena, CA (a suburb of Los Angeles). The practice provides a large variety of general surgical services, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery. There are two surgeons in the practice, one of whom is subspecialized in trauma surgery and one who is specialized in surgical oncology (cancer management). I am looking for a professional logo that conveys strength and stability, and cutting edge surgical management. I would prefer colors in the blues and greens, on the cooler end of the the temperature spectrum.
