Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a professional and modern logo for a new investment fund called PeopleCARE.

The fund focuses on healthcare and senior care infrastructure, combining real estate assets with operating healthcare services. It builds on the existing concept of ESG SeniorCARE, but expands towards retail investors and corporate clients, including employee benefit programs.

The brand should reflect:
trust and long-term stability (investment fund)
care, health, and human focus
modern and scalable platform (not just a single facility, but a system/network)
accessibility for retail investors, but still credible for institutional partners

Target Audience:
Retail investors (mass affluent)
Corporate clients (HR / employee benefits)
Institutional partners (banks, advisors)

Brand Positioning:
PeopleCARE should feel:
more accessible and human than traditional investment funds
but still professional, credible, and structured
a bridge between finance and care services

Design Style:
We are looking for:
clean, modern, and minimalistic design
strong and simple symbol (usable as icon)
easily applicable across digital and print (presentations, reports, web)

Avoid:
overly “medical” or clinical look (no red crosses, etc.)
overly playful or childish style
generic finance logos (no cliché charts/arrows)

Visual Direction (preferred ideas):
combination of human element + structure/system
subtle reference to:
care / people / community
growth / stability
long-term value

Typography:
modern sans-serif
clear readability
emphasis on CARE part is welcome but not mandatory

Color Preferences:
primary: blue / green tones (trust + health + ESG)
optional accent: warm tone (to add human touch)
should work also in monochrome

Logo Usage:
presentations (PowerPoint / investor decks)
reports and legal documents
website and digital communication
potential future app / platform

Additional Notes:
The logo should be consistent with a broader group branding (e.g. ESG SeniorCARE), but not identical
It should be scalable into a family of sub-brands in the future
The feeling should be: “investment-grade care platform”, not just a healthcare provider
