Logo Design Brief

I want a clean, institutional logo for a financial firm. The logo itself should reflect the geometric pattern of a cabbage that has been sliced in half (see pic for reference). I have also included a color scheme that should act as the basis for the logo. The text should be in something like Trajan Pro font.
