Logo Design Brief

We are seeking a creative and visually compelling logo design for a new apartment complex located in Pasco, Washington under going a renovation. This logo will serve as a central element of the property’s branding, helping to establish a recognizable identity that reflects both the character of the community and the charm of its surrounding environment.
The design should capture a sense of modern living while also feeling welcoming, comfortable, and connected to the local Pasco area. Whether through subtle references to the region’s landscape, architectural style, or overall lifestyle, the logo should communicate a strong sense of place that resonates with future residents.
A specific color palette has been provided and should be incorporated thoughtfully into the design. The selected colors should be used in a way that enhances the visual appeal while maintaining balance, readability, and versatility across different applications. In addition to the full-color version, we will also require clean, high-quality black and white versions of the logo to ensure it remains effective in situations where color cannot be used (such as print materials, signage, or simple branding assets).
