What it is:

The Host Society is a private, invitation-only members club in Dubai for the short-term rental and holiday-homes industry. Its members are property hosts and operators — from individuals with a few units to large operators and the CEOs of the city's biggest holiday-homes companies. It's part professional network, part private club: a physical home where hosts connect, learn, grow their businesses, and gain access to deals, services, and each other.

Who it's for:

Holiday-home hosts and operators in Dubai — from ambitious newcomers to the most established industry leaders. At the top sits an exclusive "Founding Host Council" of the city's elite operators.

The feeling / positioning:

Luxury, private, exclusive, and elevated — but warm, not cold. It should feel like a high-end members club (think the prestige of a private members' club or a luxury hospitality brand), while staying connected to the idea of home, hosting, and belonging. Premium, trusted, aspirational. Members should feel they've arrived somewhere that signals status.

Style direction:

Open to wordmark, monogram, or symbol-based logos. A refined, timeless aesthetic over a trendy or generic one. Likely a restrained, premium colour palette (e.g. deep tones with a metallic or accent), elegant typography. Should look as good embossed on a black membership card as it does on a building sign. Avoid anything that looks like a generic real-estate or property-listing logo — this is a club, not an agency.
Where it'll be used: Membership cards, signage at the physical club, website, social media, event materials, merchandise.
