Logo Design Brief

I would like to have multiple design ideas for my logo. My company is a real estate investment business. My business is ethical, stylish and modern. I want a classy logo with a modern style, but not too stiff or boring. Something that is timeless.

The three components I would like is city skyline behind a bird and also a cactus.

I would like to have multiple layouts. For example, one with the full business name, and then one with CBP for a shortened name. Etc.
