Logo Design Brief

I need a few versions of logos for my company and also a stand alone icon to go with it without the name. My company is Untapped, so the stand alone logo would be a UT. Sub head is "Value Creation Partners" but I'd also like to see one with "Untap the Upside" . Targeting Private equity and investment firms. Colors or Black and white and teal. Need it to look sophisticated.
