Looking for a complete redesign of the mobile app icon for the iOS app, "GrowUp - Get More Followers".

GrowUp is an app that helps users and content creators organically grow their audience and boost their follower counts.

Design Concept & Objectives:
The current icon is too plain. The new design needs to be vivid, highly colorful, energetic, and modern so it stands out on the App Store.
The icon must clearly show that the app helps users get followers.

Here are a couple of concept ideas to start with, but feel free to try something completely different if you have a great creative direction:

- Profile Avatar / User Icon: A stylized silhouette or group icon that represents gaining followers and community.
- "Like" or Growth Icon: A fresh, striking take on a social media "Like" heart or notification badge that represents engagement.

Note: Attached are examples of high-performing app icons that capture the vibrant colors and visual cues desired.

Style Preferences:
- Colors: Bold, vivid gradients or vibrant tones that pop on both dark and light phone backgrounds.
- Aesthetic: Clean, flat or modern 3D/layered look, and highly recognizable at small sizes.
- Avoid: Cluttered or overly complex designs.
