Logo Design Brief

I want to create something for a hoodie for a private joke for me and 5 friends who saw an laddie in a bikini carrying a bag of flour and a kettle you boil water in. I want on the front a kettle and a bag of flour and and old lady in a bikini with aviators on blowing a kiss done in like a GTA 5 kind of style with the phrase kettle and the flour which i can then print on a hoodie.
