RentRow provides rent stabilization infrastructure for middle income tenants and property managers. it does this by enabling seamless payment, fractional rent payment with loans to cover rent shortages, liquidity facilities to property managers and the administration and accounting of rent, late fees, rewards, discounts, pro-rating and such.
2. primary target audience is property managers of middle income rentals in urban areas. as well as their tenants. they're generally tech savvy millenials with smart phones and on social media.
3. rentrow is trustworthy, stable, approachable

Look up https://rentrow.com for the existing branding.

We are not looking for a wholesale rebrand but rather a professional refinement of the wordmark('rentrow') plus a recognizable app icon/brand mark (the letter r, or some other icon).
