Logo Design Brief

I would like to rename my company and, in the process, have a logo designed for the first time.
Our company designs and plans for railway tracks and roads in urban areas. The focus is clearly on tramway track designs; city streets play a secondary role, but are also important.
I would prefer a logo that is as stylized and minimalist as possible, which clearly reflects our field of activity (tracks and roads) and the company name.
The main or only color to be used should be RAL 6005 Moss Green (RGB): 31, 98, 63.
The logo will be used for our plans, as a signature, and as letterhead.
