Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and branding for our new deli, the Bada Bing - we want a timeless, classic feel like it's been around for decades, like so many Italian/Jewish/American delis on the east coast. Penny tile floors, wainscoting walls, meat slicer and scale used in front of you, large glass display deli case, and lots of stainless steel. Our logo should only be wording with no images drawings.

The first 5 photos are of our storefront and the inside of our deli, the last 4 are of other storefronts that have a somewhat similar classic feel of old school delis.
