Logo Design Brief

Need a logo that says Saxton Properties. like the colors navy blue (or a little lighter than navy actually), powder blue (like Ole Miss football), and white. would prefer to use all 3 of these colors in combination somehow. Like the idea of Saxton being in all caps or Properties being in all caps. Regardless, would potentially like for the "S" in Saxton to be a little bigger than the rest of the letters. open to other ideas. Also need just a logo with an "S" to use for shirts and hats. Want it to look simple but different and professional. Not exactly sure what I'm wanting it to look like other than that.
