Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo with the following requirements:

Compact logo
Easily distinguishable
Evokes feelings of trust, ease, and completeness
Applies to a software product that houses management software for compliance audits
Modern and easy to distinguish on both mobile (as an app) and desktop
Should give corporate vibes, but with a sense of flexibility
Should set the tone for the rest of the application, including color scheme, corner roundings, and other design elements. Please document the design choices behind the logo so we can apply them consistently throughout the application, keeping the logo and app uniform in feel
Partners should be able to use a compact "Proud Implementation Partner of Control Bakery" badge or variant
