Refurbish a world class cruise ship and permanently berth it at Port Canaveral Florida thereby providing both temporary and more permanent living arrangements for retired and/or active duty military families looking to visit or live near the Kennedy Space Center and the Central Florida Tourist attractions. Additionally; the ship will serve as a shopping platform, provide a range of dining and entertainment options, and serve as a learning and training facility for people seeking employment in the hospitality industry.
