Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for PACRAO's 2027 conference in Reno, Nevada, built around the theme ELEVATE.
We want the identity to communicate growth, upward momentum, possibility, connection, and the elevation of our profession and the students we serve. Reno's mountain setting can be an inspiration, but the design does not need to literally depict mountains or Reno. Some visual indications of mountains and Reno city skyline would be good.
Think clean, distinctive, memorable, and versatile. Outdoor/mountain influences are welcome, particularly through elevation, topography, landscape, or upward movement. One inspiration is retro National Park Service posters.
Color inspiration: deep navy, evergreen, burnt orange, muted gold, sky blue, and warm cream. A restrained palette is preferred.
Please avoid casino/gambling imagery and overly literal or tourist-oriented representations of Reno.
Designs should include PACRAO 2027 and ELEVATE, and should work in both full-color and one-color applications.
Logo should be easily adaptable to web in different sizes as well as allow for production of promotional stickers in a 1-2” size.
