Job Description
This role is responsible for the tactical execution and coordination of a wide range of marketing activities, focusing on content creation, event planning, digital communications, and essential operational and administrative support for the marketing department in a B2B setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all logistical aspects of marketing events, including trade shows and webinars, to ensure successful execution.
- Create and manage diverse content, including writing press releases, producing customer success stories, and coordinating video production.
- Manage the execution of digital communication strategies, specifically focusing on social media posting and distributing the internal/external newsletter.
- Develop the design and production of all marketing collateral (posters, banners, brochures, technical data sheets), working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage the inventory, tracking, and strategic distribution of all giveaway items for events and campaigns.
- Maintain and manage the process for Marketing CRM lead management, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Oversee invoice management and tracking for the marketing department budget to ensure financial clarity.
- Consolidate required data for reporting and conduct basic market research.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing marketing activities within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in professional content creation (press releases, success stories).
- Demonstrated ability to apply design principles (typography, color theory, layout), while adhering to brand guidelines, with practical experience with design and web tools, including Adobe editing tools, Photoshop, and HTML.
- Experience with marketing data analytics and data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Experience coordinating activities and delivering final outputs with external vendors (e.g., designers, printers, video producers) and internal teams.
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional European language.
