Job Description

Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the professional face of the company, warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Facilities & Logistics Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supply inventory, organizing workspaces, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.
  • Financial Administration: Efficiently process vendor invoices, coordinate expense tracking, and provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Event & Activity Coordination: Assist in organizing internal office activities, cultural initiatives, and monthly corporate events to foster team engagement.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area that reflects the company’s corporate standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, workplace support, or hospitality environments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional interaction with all stakeholders
  • Welcoming, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Good English, Dutch, and any other European language skills
