Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and develop innovative solutions that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software systems for industrial automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing. The ideal candidate has expertise in mechatronics, embedded systems, control systems, and Industrial IoT, with the ability to deliver robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect integrated electro-mechanical systems, combining hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Develop system-level solutions for automation, robotics, and smart industrial equipment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and successful project delivery.
  • Select and integrate key system components, including sensors, actuators, motors, PLCs, and embedded controllers.
  • Define system architecture, technical specifications, and documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (ISO, IEC, UL, CE).
  • Implement and optimize Industrial IoT and cloud-based solutions for monitoring, predictive maintenance, and automation.
  • Lead proof-of-concept developments, optimize system performance through testing and validation, and drive innovation in Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, electro-mechanical system design, or a related engineering field.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical system integration, PLC/SCADA/DCS, embedded systems, and real-time control.
  • Experience with motion control, power electronics, Industrial IoT, cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT), and industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, Modbus, CAN, EtherNet/IP).
  • Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, COMSOL).
  • Understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
