This role
As we expand our Global Employer of Record (EOR) offering, we are looking for sales experts who understand the complexities of the modern, borderless workforce.
As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
Whether you are currently in the EOR space or are a high-performing 360 Agency Recruiter looking to move into Tech/SaaS Sales, this role leverages your expertise in the "people" side of business to solve complex logistical challenges for our clients.
Your key focus areas will be
- Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close. This role will be heavily reliant on generating your own pipeline from outbound prospecting for new global growth opportunities, whilst also leveraging the existing and established Employment Hero network.
- Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, specifically showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality.
- Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.
Who you are
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. We are specifically looking for candidates with
- Industry Experience - 2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search. If you are coming from Recruitment: You understand the pain points of hiring and the value of a "placement." You are now ready to sell the long-term infrastructure that keeps those employees paid and compliant. You will have experience building and growing your own desk, being able to self generate clients whilst maintaining long term relationships.
- The "Hunter" Mentality - A proven track record of exceeding quotas and the ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling.
- High EQ & Business Acumen - The ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts to Founders and HR Directors in a simple, compelling way.
- Agility - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where the product and market evolve rapidly.
