Envirosuite is seeking an Operational Support Engineer, EMEA, located in Soborg, Denmark.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about environmental technology and making a positive impact on the world.

The Operational Support Engineer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation to operational support and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and has a strong background in both hardware and software support.

Here’s a snapshot of what you will be doing:

● Provide world-class service for Envirosuite customers in each stage of the Customer Lifecycle.

● Stage environmental monitoring equipment before shipping to customers.

● Provide telephone or in-person support to partners or subcontractors during the installation phase.

● Troubleshoot and solve problems with environmental monitoring equipment.

● Configure software platforms to ensure successful data ingestion from devices to platforms.

● Assess faulty hardware upon receipt for suitability of repair.

● Maintain incident and change management tools.

● Contribute to process reviews and improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

● Experience in a structured hardware and software support environment.

● Well-developed problem-solving and technical analysis skills.

● Intellectual curiosity: always wanting to know “why and how.”

● Experience using basic hardware repair tools.

● Understanding of networking principles (Cellular / LAN / WAN).

● Strong skills in the use of MS Office components.

● Ability to capture, document, and share knowledge.

● Ability to complete multiple tasks within timeframes.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work with minimal supervision, make decisions, and escalate where needed.

● Accountability: Own and drive results with a sense of urgency.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

● Willingness to adopt flexible work hours to liaise with customers, subcontractors, and team members in different time zones.

● EU working rights.

Desirable Knowledge & Experience:

● A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.

● At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

● Ability to travel within the EMEA region (including the UK) as required, estimated at 3-4 times per year.

● Knowledge of Spanish and/or French, in addition to English.

● Familiarity with environmental monitoring metrics, parameters, and principles (Noise, Air Quality, Vibration).
