What you'll do
  • Own and manage segments and action configurations for clients across the EU region, ensuring settings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with each account's strategy.
  • Support Customer Success Managers in building and optimizing strategies on the Fanplayr platform, from initial setup to ongoing refinement.
  • Build performance reports and analytics dashboards that give clients clear, actionable visibility into their campaign results.
  • Monitor account performance on a continuous basis, identifying anomalies and flagging opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team to develop meaningful use cases and respond effectively to evolving client needs.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and best practices as the team grows its EU footprint.

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools.
  • Available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting ASAP.
