We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives. (Retail and Direct to Consumer Brands).
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Working with our Marketing team to prepare collateral that will help you secure meetings and close business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, and develop strategies to penetrate them.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Managing your personal sales pipeline through first engagement to deal close.
  • Maintaining consistent forecast accuracy and client/opportunity details in Salesforce CRM.
  • Working alongside Fluent Integration and Technology Partners on client engagements and prospecting.
  • Driving brand awareness campaigns and lead generation via networking, tradeshows and networking events.
  • Identifying and retaining clients' references.
  • Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Closed enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) sales in excess of €300k Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Strong understanding of Retail, eCommerce and Order Management solutions
  • A natural ability to identify and follow up opportunities.
  • Attended trade shows, external events and conferences and publicly presented where appropriate.
  • Demonstrable experience in compiling detailed proposals and presentations in order to close Sales.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to be creative to secure business partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
