The Channel and Alliances Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's relationships with key channel partners and strategic alliances across the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales, partner management, and driving revenue growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop joint business territory plans with an ecosystem of partners from Global System Integrators to regional agency and SI Partners and deliver against joint region target for leads and revenue.
- Build upon existing partnerships with key technology partners (Commerce, Search, PIM, Payments, POS..) drive joint marketing and lead generation.
- Material impact on new business development and SaaS sales, including co-marketing efforts with partners
- Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and Fluent Commerce best practices
- Work closely with the Global Alliances Team to define and drive structure improvements to our partner programs.
- Be the internal voice for the partner!
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Software experience, at least 3 of which are partner-management related OR demonstrated go to market experience as an SI or ISV
- Global SI and Retail / Supply Chain software experience is a major plus
- Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities with your partners
- Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks
- Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment
