The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will lead and scale partner marketing across NA and APAC, driving pipeline growth and ecosystem expansion through strategic joint marketing initiatives with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role partnering closely with Channel, Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with strategic SI and ISV partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-marketing budgets, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Plan and execute joint events with partners. This may include end-to-end event management including: securing venues, contract negotiation and review, managing registration, etc.
  • Lead partner webinars, sponsored content, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for priority partners across NA and APAC.
  • Support joint PR announcements, award submissions, and media opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and report on pipeline contribution and program effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • 5+ years of B2B partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or commerce technology.
  • Proven ability to build joint marketing plans that translate into pipeline growth.
  • Experience working with System Integrators and enterprise ISV partners.
  • Strong event marketing execution experience.
  • Experience managing MDF budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across NA and Australian, Singapore time zones.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Canva.
  • Ability to travel to Australia 1-2 times per year.
