Role Summary:
GTT is looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This role is the first point of contact for employees for basic HR-related questions. This is a fast-paced job, and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills to fill this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and facilitate orientation sessions
- Assist with employee leaves of absence
- Update company policies and FAQ Documents
- Update, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by each department
- Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
- Adhoc HR Projects
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 0,5 - 1+ years’ experience in similar roles
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in using HR software like HRIS or HRMS, preferably Workday
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of labor relations and laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or other HR certifications preferred
Hours/Travel/Shift:
Hybrid role with occasional (once or twice per month) visits to the Sofia office
Working hours: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
