OCC Planned Works Administrator
Role Summary:
The Administrator, Change Management responsibilities are to record, review and validate all Planned Work requests that may impact the GTT network and customer base which have been submitted via third party or internally. These activities are critical to planning, controlling, communicating, measuring and implementing all planned works performed by GTT or Third parties.
Internal Departments they will interact with:
The Administrator, Change Management will interact with Engineering Teams, Network Operation Centre, Customer Support Team, Project Management, Service Delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
The Administrator, Change Management will log, validate and, in some cases analyze, all Planned works submitted to the GTT Operations Change Management Team.
The Administrator, Change Management will also log, perform checks and answer to all customer complaints and enquiries triggered by a planned works.
The administrator will communicate internally with planned work requesters and externally with GTT suppliers to make full analyze of the network impact by a particular network change.
In addition, the Administrator, Change Management will work with Change management and contribute to the following areas:
• Facilitate the approval process through the Change management Board Chairman or delegate
• Coordination of Planned Works with internal suppliers and supporting engineers
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting of all Planned Works submitted with current status

Essential Criteria:
• General knowledge of telecom industry and standards
• Experience in Telecommunications would be a great advantage
• Experience in customer support or back-office positions is required
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high-pressure situations
• Very good client-facing and internal communication skills
• Very good English both written and speaking
