Role Summary:
Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, etc.
To manage the recruitment of required personnel into allocated business areas, in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner. Supports the Talent Acquisitions Manager in ad-hoc Talent Acquisition operational excellence and business process improvement initiatives.
Job Scope/Supervision:
Interacts with all business units. Reports to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (CEE)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To investigate the key requirements of each active vacancy within the allocated business areas. Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for hiring projects and candidate offers, etc.
- To select and agree with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the most appropriate resourcing methodology for each active vacancy within the allocated business areas.
- To recommend hiring managers the most appropriate candidate selection methods.
- To actively drive direct recruitment using on-line job boards.
- To receive and filter CVs, so that the hiring managers only receive relevant CV’s
- To conduct competency-based interviews for appropriate candidates and to reject and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- To undertake interviews with the hiring managers and to give input into the recruitment decision making process.
- To present verbal offers to successful candidates and instigate the appropriate process via Workday to the HR team for preparation of contracts.
- Provide guidance if and when required to Talent Acquisition Specialists throughout the wider GTT Talent Acquisition team.
- Establish relationships with local universities and organize job fairs and other employer branding events.
- Keep updated the recruitment database and produce recruitment-related reports on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and recruiting activities
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Must have good experience recruiting Technical and corporate support roles.
- Strong evidence of direct recruitment methods using online job boards including LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent English
Working hours/Location:
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Hybrid or fully remote (travels to Sofia may be required once or twice per quarter)
