Role Summary:

This position is a part of the HR Team of GTT and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Day to day work involves close interaction and providing support to other members of the HR Team in Sofia including the HR Director and VP HR, Talent Acquisition Team, HR Managers in multiple locations, Senior Managers and employees at all levels of the Organization.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide HR administration support to employees and HR Team;

- Resolve day to day queries from employees;

- Maintain Employee files and ensure those are up-to-date;

- Prepare labor contracts, annexes, employment confirmation letters, income certificates, training agreements, etc.

- Participate in HR Orientation for new starters;

- Support the administration of employees’ benefits;

- Participate in Health and Safety initiatives;

- Provide support in organizing team buildings and other company events;

- Administer our HR system – Workday;

- Support the yearly medicals for employees;

- Efficient and clear email support to all Sofia based employees

- Draft and Translate Job Descriptions

- Provide HR administration support and carry out other tasks as and when required.

Essential Criteria:
- Very good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;

- Excellent English Language – written and spoken.

- This position would be a perfect fit for a fresh graduate or a last year student willing to gain some hands-on experience in HR

- Previous work experience is not mandatory but would be considered an advantage;

Qualifications/Courses:

Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar degree will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

Business hours 09.00 – 17.30, Monday to Friday.
