Location: North East & Scotland

We are expanding our team and currently seeking a highly motivated Clinical Specialist for our North East & Scotland region. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing product usage, providing clinical education, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: As a Clinical Specialist, you will:

  • Increase product usage at existing accounts and expand the customer base through clinical education of new users.

  • Ensure customers can independently, safely, and efficiently operate TEG & Cell Saver equipment and related disposables.

  • Train new and existing sales staff on all product and clinical aspects of TEG & Cell Saver lines, providing summaries and follow-up as needed.

  • Provide clinical expertise to elevate our product lines to standard-of-care levels within the account.

  • Drive and expand existing business, achieving assigned sales AOP annually.

What You Will Do With Us:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other teams in deal finalization, generating and reviewing documents for business transactions.

  • Counsel on product applications, competition, commercial, and tender laws relevant to designated regions or business units.

  • Support and promote continued awareness of compliance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and ethical business standards.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing, or Medical Technology.

  • Master's Degree or an advanced degree and/or professional credentialing.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in diagnostics.

  • Clinical experience in the hospital/OR/ICU environment.

  • Experience in training and development of clinical education and training programs.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of blood management required.

  • Strong technical/clinical aptitude.

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to drive product adoption.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Recruitment Process:

If selected, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will reach out to schedule an initial HR interview. Subsequently, you will have a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a final interview involving two Sales Directors.
