Job Details
Provide support for the verification of production processes, processing conditions, specifications, and the use of indicators adaptation of processes to achieve goals of quality, quantity, and cost overseen by the Manufacturing Engineer. Support coordinating quality improvement projects and cost.
Responsible for engineering changes according to new specifications or manufacturing conditions.
Responsible for the implementation of GMP guidelines and Quality System for ISO certification.
Responsible to maintain, monitor, and follow up the implementation of procedures, work instructions, visual aids, specifications, and special conditions of the product and process.
Responsible for the proper and effective functioning of the equipment and machinery, new and existing according to their ability.
Perform routine inspections online, tables, bands and machines, as well as tests that are required for operation of the new equipment.
Fulfill with the quality standards and dress code.
Monitor daily / weekly / monthly, quantities, quality, and number of defects, exception reports, and status of projects in your area.
Must ensure compliance with all regulations, Mexican regulations, and internal Haemonetics policies in health, safety and environmental.
Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties
Effectively manage and communicate projects with peers and management.
Effectively work with other departments to assure manufacturability and all appropriate quality requirements of products.
Interface with other departments to submit Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and (DCOs) for upper management approval.
May develop and fabricate prototype parts, prototype assemblies or fixtures for testing and calibration.
May provide drafting and design support as required.
Participate in design reviews on projects as appropriate.
Participate in testing and validations.
Prepare and develop all documentation required to release products to manufacturing via the document control system.
Provide technical support for the development of electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas.
Support in completion of engineering evaluations, qualifications, protocols, validations and department projects, including the initiation of plans, development of protocols, completion of testing, analysis of data/results and publishing of results.
Work closely with engineers to identify and correct design problems during development lifecycle.
Analyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement.
Supports Manufacturing Engineer in handling assembly groups, first runs, new models and first products, validations, quality statistical reporting, standards and specifications.
