Job Details
The HR Delivery Specialist will support the HR department focusing on data administration and analytics, business process documentation creation and maintenance for employee lifecycle activities. Responsible for addressing level one and two employee inquires with the assistance of HR COEs as well as assisting with audit and leave related processes. This role will be Hybrid 3 days a week in our Boston HQ located at 125 Summer Street.
The HRSD Specialist will partner with HR Service Delivery team and HR COEs, to identify HR operational challenges, provide technical support for HRIS systems, strengthen standard HR processes & operating procedures supporting the end-to-end HR Ops Service Delivery model.
Essential Duties:
• Manages daily employee inquiries through phone lines and employee self-service case management system including but not limited to benefit, leave of absence, and general tickets
• Update business process documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Provide administrative and technical support through data entry or maintenance of employee or contractor information in HR system of record
• Process and follow-up on HR invoices
• Provide accurate reporting for employee inquires and audit requests
• Supports HRIS system process design/improvements, configuration, and harmonization activities.
• Conduct localized new employee orientation and training onsite and virtually.
• Provide recruitment support including data entry of job profiles, candidate management, offer generation, pre-employment screenings and post hire requirements per local regulations (e-verify etc).
• Participate in other projects as needed to support the HR department
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience required
• 2+ years progressive HR experience or equivalent required
• 1 year Experience in Workday or similar Human Capital Management System preferred. Must have a natural technical attitude to learn new systems.
• Experience in employee portal ticketing within SeviceNow highly desired
• Experience in a global setting a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
