Job Details

Responsible for entering data as it pertains to manufacturing into tracking software. This data is used for report generation within management.

Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies including FDA, local regulations, internal policies, and health, safety and environmental.

Prepare documentations in annex 24 system to cross the border according to customs compliance. Arrange and coordinate transportation for international shipments.

Coordinate and manage sterilizer logistics and appointments.

Communication with other departments to help to unlock or release urgency goods.

Transact imported or exported materials by Oracle system.

Assist and comply with other general trade compliance related activities and programs, such as Supply Chain Security (C-TPAT).

Provide quality service to internal and external customers.

Education Associate's Degree, or equivalent technical training. - Required Bachelor's Degree -Prefered.

Experience Knowledge and experience with transport, Annex 24 system, customs procedures. Required.
