The Director of Global Sales Enablement is responsible for equipping the sales organization with the tools, training, content, and insight needed to drive consistent, scalable revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Products, and Operations to improve productivity, accelerate deal velocity, and increase win rates.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Enablement
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and new-sales.
Function as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
Training & Coaching
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new-sales hires.
Create ongoing training programs for sales skills, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
Enable frontline managers with coaching frameworks and tools to improve team performance.
Content & Messaging
Oversee the development and maintenance of sales content (corporate, pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies)
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to translate value propositions into effective sales materials.
Tools, Technology & Analytics
Own the sales enablement technology (CRM, LMS, Intelligence tools)
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ramp time, win rates, etc.)
Dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related healthcare field
3+ years in a leadership/management role
Proven experience building and scaling sales enablement programs.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and sales methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills
Must be available to travel up to 50%.
Preferred
Experience in high-growth environments
Familiarity with sales enablement platforms e.g., Salesforce
Background in sales, sales training
Advanced degree, or equivalent
Pay Transparency:
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:
$145,549.31-$247,832.58/Annual
