As a Warehouse Operator, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and responsibility while contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing and distribution activities. You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, inventory control, and shipment of materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials, ensuring accuracy of quantities, lot numbers, expiry dates, and documentation.
  • Manage material movements and transactions within Oracle ERP, including receipts, transfers, issues, and finished goods movements.
  • Support production by issuing raw materials according to pick lists and material requests.
  • Organise and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight providers.
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Support material transfers between warehouse, production, sterilisation partners, and distribution centres.
  • Ensure non-conforming materials are correctly segregated and managed within quarantine locations.
  • Continuously optimise warehouse organisation and space utilisation.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles and safety requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse tools.
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues promptly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse and shipping experience, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage urgencies, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on quality, compliance, and workplace safety.
  • Forklift licence is an advantage.
  • Team player with a proactive and autonomous approach to work.

Work schedule:

Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4pm

Friday - 7:30am to 2pm


Pay Transparency


The base salary actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for a sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees.

The Pay Range for this role is:

€32,300.00-€43,700.00/Annual

For Sales roles, the range reflects on target earnings, which includes both base salary and sales incentive target.
