About you

We are currently looking for experienced sterilisation technicians to join our CSSD team. Working across the two sterilising sites located at Lingard Private and Lingard Day Surgery in a variety of shifts.

Essential Criteria:

• Sterilisation Technology Certificate III or recognised prior knowledge

• Previous experience as a sterilisation technician within a healthcare facility

• Knowledge and understanding or relevant infection control and sterilisation guidelines including AS/NZS 5369

• Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail

• Strong, collaborative interpersonal communication skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to work rotating roster including night shift Fridays and weekends

• Ability to work in a busy environment with changing priorities and work demands

• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status

Desirable Criteria:

• Endoscope reprocessing skills

• Experience with loan kit processes
