ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AND THEATRE BOOKINGS CLERK
Your new role as Theatre Bookings Admin Clerk:
The theatre bookings clerk is responsible for co-ordinating and scheduling surgical & medical procedures to ensure operating theatres run efficiently and patients receive timely care. The role involves liaising closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing staff to book cases, allocate theatre lists and ensure patient information is complete. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as the bookings clerk manages complex theatre lists, updates scheduling systems and communicates any changes or cancellations to relevant departments.
About you:
Prior hospital experience is preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail
Medical Terminology desirable
Australian work rights are required for this position
