Now is the perfect opportunity to join the catering team at Lingard Private Hospital. With a commitment to providing the highest quality food service and customer satisfaction, our team work a 7 day week rotating roster. Shifts are between the hours of 6am and 7pm.

We are seeking Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands on a casual or part time basis.

Essential criteria

• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status

• Sound knowledge of HACCP & NSW Food authority guidelines

• Minimum 4 years kitchen food production experience

• Work to standard recipes with sound knowledge of specific diets & food allergies

• Understanding of Vulnerable People’s Act

• Good communication and written skills

Desirable criteria

• Pastry cook experience

• High volume line Chef experience

• Function experience

• Demonstrated experience of success in food preparation & customer satisfaction

• Sound leadership capabilities with proven experience working in a team environment and building respect amongst staff at all levels

• Certificate 3 in commercial cookery

• Trade certificate IV commercial cookery

• A high level of personal maturity and strength of character to successfully grow within a dynamic organisation.
