About you:

Are you an experienced perioperative nurse looking to take on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operating Theatre Loan Set Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As the Operating Theatre Loan Set Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our perioperative services. This position involves coordinating of equipment required for patient procedures. This role is essential to ensuring the correct equipment is available for all patients coming into Lingard Private Hospital. You will also work closely with Operating Theatre bookings to ensure a timely and efficient system whilst maintaining a high standard of service.

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA Registration Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

• Minimum 3 years Perioperative nursing experience

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

• Perioperative knowledge including surgical procedures, surgical equipment and implantable items

• Computer literacy in relevant hospital programs

Desired Criteria:

• Previous experience in loan bookings or operating theatre equipment

• Orthopaedic equipment knowledge
