WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Are you a dedicated PACU / Anaesthetic Registered Nurse ready to join our Perioperative Team and showcase your clinical expertise and your commitment to professional development and excellence in patient centred care?

As a successful candidate, you will work in our Perioperative department made up of 7 operating theatres, providing critical care to both complex and day surgery patients in the fields of Robotic, Orthopaedic, Colorectal, Urology, Cardiothoracics, General, Bariatric, Gynaecology and Obstetric surgeries.

Essential Criteria

· Current AHPRA registration

· Minimum 1 year nursing experience

· Demonstrated clinical competence with proven ability to operate confidently in PACU / Anaesthetics

· Demonstrated collaborative and well-developed verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient centred care

· Well-developed time management skills with a high degree of initiative

· Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement

· Experience with computerised reporting systems

· Commitment to Professional Development and to a structure learning program for all staff

Desirable Criteria

· Membership of relevant professional organisation
