We are seeking Chefs/Cooks

Essential Criteria

✓ Sound knowledge of HACCP & NSW Food authority guidelines

✓ Minimum 4 years kitchen food production experience

✓ Work to standard recipes with sound knowledge of specific diets & food allergies

✓ Understanding of Vulnerable People’s Act

✓ Good communication and written skills

Desirable Criteria

✓ Pastry cook experience

✓ High volume line Chef experience

✓ Function experience

✓ Demonstrated experience of success in food preparation & customer satisfaction

✓ Sound leadership capabilities with proven experience working in a team environment and building respect amongst staff at all levels

✓ Certificate 3 in commercial cookery

✓ Trade certificate IV commercial cookery

✓ A high level of personal maturity and strength of character to successfully grow within a dynamic organisation

✓ Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status
